Effective business communication is that which conveys the company's message in a direct and understandable manner, avoiding ambiguities and noise in communication, representing an essential pillar in the path to success for both individuals and organizations, playing a central role in this process. Given this context, the fundamental purpose of this research lies in analyzing the role that communication plays in the success of companies, seeking to examine the various facets of communication within organizations, identify the main challenges faced and highlight the strategies and practices that promote effective communication. Therefore, this article was prepared based on principles of bibliographic review, which allowed us to observe that communication is fundamental for improving processes and achieving efficient results through organizational and internal communication, promoting a structured environment and strengthening ties between those involved. Thus, internal communication allows employees to connect, exchange information and collaborate effectively, promoting a more cooperative and productive work environment and contributing to employee engagement.
